Work Slip and Fall Settlement of $515,000 for South Carolina Maintenance Employee

The Steinberg Law Firm recently helped a client who was injured in his company’s bathroom due to a faulty air conditioning repair.

Our client, a maintenance director of an office building, called a repairman to fix a leak in the bathroom on a Friday. The repairman arrived, allegedly worked on the air conditioner, and left, stating the repair was made. The following Monday morning, our client walked into the bathroom, found that the floor was still wet, slipped, and fell.

As a result of the accident, our client required medical care and suffered lost wages.
