official arrested for aggravated DUI
A jail official from Charleston, West Virginia was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI early Sunday morning. The arrest resulted in the man’s suspension from his job of presiding over the county’s jail.
The man was brought in a little before 4:00 a.m. after officers found him driving recklessly while under the influence of alcohol. He was issued a breathalyzer test and blew over a 0.15. The official spent one night in his own jail before he was released.
The official will be suspended from his job without pay until his court date, which will be sometime next month.
