Employee of the Month: Lacy Sidbury

Please join us in congratulating our new Employee of the Month, Lacy Sidbury! 

In an effort to express our appreciation for our wonderful staff and highlight their commitment to great service, Steinberg Law Firm recently launched the Employee of the Month Program.

Lacy is our IT Specialist and works out of our downtown office. He has been recognized by the staff for going above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent service for clients and co-workers. Here are a few statements included in nominations from fellow employees: 

• Most people don’t know how much Lacy actually does for this office (especially Broad Street). Obviously, he is our IT person and does the best he can to fix everyone’s technical problems, but he also covers the reception desk every day for lunch and every Friday, in addition to IT, he does the mail and covers for Marvin who is off on that day! I can’t even imagine how many frustrated emails he gets from all of us every day but he always does his best to help and has a good attitude about it!  
• Lacy takes care of every office and fills in he where he is needed. I have never seen him have a bad day.
• His tireless efforts keep all of our systems running smoothly, putting him in a class all his own.  His smile, his willingness to help, and his unwavering loyalty to the firm are some of the other reasons he is Employee of the Month.  
• Lacy Sidbury has been with the firm a considerable amount of years. He started as runner with the firm and has worked his way into the IT Department. Lacy’s job is one of great importance because as we all know when the system goes down whether, it is the Shoretel or TrialWorks the Firm looks to Lacy for answers. Lacy is that guy that has the answers or he knows where to go to get answers and get them quickly. In addition to that he still assist with errands and other duties as assigned and he is one of the most Humble employees that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I could go on and on telling you about how great Lacy Sidbury is but he is a well suited candidate for Employee of the Month!
