Amtrak Train Collision Kills 4
Personal Injury Lawyers Representing Charleston & nearby areas of South Carolina
A collision between an Amtrak train and a car in South Carolina resulted in the deaths of four people. The accident occurred last Monday, at about 9:00 in the evening.
As with many such accidents, it apparently occurred because the driver of the car was trying to beat the train. The car was struck as it tried to weave around the warning gates and was pushed almost a mile down the track, killing all four occupants, including a 12-year-old girl.
