Employee of the Month: LaTonia Rouse

Please join us in congratulating our new Employee of the Month, LaTonia Rouse! 

In an effort to express our appreciation for our wonderful staff and highlight their commitment to great service, Steinberg Law Firm recently launched the Employee of the Month Program.

Toni is paralegal to both David Pearlman and Malcolm Crosland in our Downtown office. She has been recognized by the staff for going above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent service for clients and co-workers. Here are a few statements included in nominations from fellow employees: 

• Toni takes pride in her job and work product and strives to do what she does with excellence.  She is a hard worker and does not mind going the extra mile.  She is a team player, and she assists in whatever capacity she can.

• I would like to nominate LaTonia Roberson for assisting me with no complaints with clients, Phones or whatever it maybe and keeping a smile about it !

• Toni helps me all the time. When Lacy is out she is IT, when I need anything she is always there. She takes great care of clients and I believe she is an asset to the firm and deserves EOM. Toni for President!

• Toni is a hard worker, she cares about and has patience for the clients that call into the firm.  She also goes above and beyond to help her fellow co-workers.
