In a collision between vehicles, property damages and injuries may occur. You may file a claim or lawsuit against the at-fault driver to receive compensation from their insurance provider. You and the other driver must have an automobile insurance policy with at least the minimum monetary limits as required by South Carolina laws.
However, it is possible that your property damage and injuries may exceed the limits of the at-fault driver’s insurance coverage.
